THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This thing is absolute trash. It's so bad, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million occasions, and it still fails miserably. The construction is shoddy, and the design are stupid. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisitem without being mortified. I'm so disappointed that I wished I'd bought something usable instead. Save your dolla
